Those matters require a separate written customer agreement.

You must not:

• interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorised access;
• introduce malware, overload the service, or use automated activity that materially disrupts normal operation;
• submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or sensitive personal information through a general form;
• copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content except where law permits it; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with FlowGrid or use FlowGrid branding without permission.

Website descriptions, illustrations, demonstrations, availability statements, integrations, prices, and road-map information are general information and may change. Screenshots and sample data may be illustrative.

Only a signed order form and customer agreement confirm the modules, implementation scope, fees, payment terms, support, uptime commitments, data location, security schedule, and termination rights purchased by a customer.

The website, product names, branding, design, text, software, graphics, and other materials are owned by FlowGrid or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right is granted except the limited right to access the website under these terms. Feedback may be used by FlowGrid without restriction or payment, provided it does not require FlowGrid to disclose your confidential information.

The website may link to third-party websites, content, or services. FlowGrid does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement. Review the third party's terms before using its service.

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Disputes relating solely to this website are subject to the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
